On December 29th, we got an unexpected call about a New Year’s Eve wedding where the bride and groom decided they definitely want videography. We of course jumped at the idea of one last wedding to end the year! So, we headed down to Foss Waterway Seaport in Tacoma, WA for our final wedding of the year.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was actually a lovely day – very cold, but the sky was clear and the beautiful Mt. Rainier stood as a backdrop to the venue. This was our second time at Foss Waterway Seaport, and though it was a bit colder than our October wedding, we had a great time. Jamal and Jessica were awesome and had really thought out the details of this wedding. The tables were decorated with clocks indicating 12:00am in anticipation of midnight. All of their guests were sharply dressed and definitely knew how to have a good time.

 

Then, at midnight everyone was surprised with a personal fireworks show over the water. It lasted quite awhile with some beautiful colors. The fireworks were followed by an amazing sparkler send-off for the bride and groom. We ended up heading home around 1am. It was a long night, but definitely worth it. We loved being a part of Jamal and Jessica’s New Year’s Eve Wedding. Congrats again to the bride and groom!
